Project overview

Expedition Express is a leading organizer of outdoor games and team-building events in Poland. The goal of the redesign was to create a modern website that separates the paths for "Individual Client / HR," simplifies ticket purchasing, and showcases the portfolio and recommendations from participants.

Project scope

The scope of work encompassed a comprehensive UX audit with an information-architecture overhaul, development of a scalable design system and full UI kit for both desktop and mobile, creation of low- and high-fidelity mock-ups for key pages, implementation in WordPress using Elementor Pro, and optimization of Core Web Vitals and SEO.

Project goals:

We focused on one business goal: to increase the number of bookings while maintaining the same marketing budget.

Increase in conversions

+30% planned within 6 months by shortening the purchase path to 3 steps

Audience segmentation

Separate funnels for HR (desktop) and individual customers (mobile)

Social proof of validity

Rating widgets and B2B case studies building credibility

Seamless booking

Reservation with payment by card and Pay/Blik, notifications about available spots

CMS self-service

Modular Elementor blocks so the team can publish new games themselves

SEO & performance

WebP, lazy-loading, and Schema.org structure for organic traffic growth

Project challenges:

The implementation required reconciling a dynamic offer with the needs of two extremely different user groups.

#
Challenge
Design approach
1
One site for B2B and B2C
Person selection buttons already in the hero, two separate funnels and CTAs
2
Quickly selling tickets
Waiting list + automatic email/SMS notification for available spots
3
High mobile traffic among private individuals
Mobile-first UI, large CTAs, Apple/Google Wallet pass with ticket
4
Inconsistent branding with frequent content changes
Global Styles Elementor + design system (colors, typography, components)

Key features of Express Expedition:

The new site is not just a pretty interface – it's a set of tools that genuinely support sales.

Hero slider managed from CMS with presets for new games

Client switch for individual / Business controlling the entire layout of the page

Appointment calendar + live ticket availability

Lead-gen form with automatic scoring for HR departments

Review carousel and counter "100,000+ satisfied participants"

FAQ in accordion layout (SEO-friendly)

Integration with Google Analytics 4 and Meta pixel, ready for remarketing campaigns

Final website views

The screenshots below present the live version of the site—responsive layouts, production-ready components, and clear user flows that lead directly to conversion.

Project results:

A noticeable increase in the conversion rate on desktop and mobile

Users are less likely to abandon their carts – most complete their reservations on their first visit

Significantly shorter page loading times

Core Web Vitals maintained in the green zone, improving SEO and reducing bounce rates

Consistent influx of quality B2B leads

Significant reduction in inquiries about ticket availability

Positive collaboration with client and developers:

The waiting list with notifications handles most user inquiries

Less manual work required for content updates

The modular Elementor system allows the team to publish new games and events without developer support

Effective segmentation of Client paths: Individual / Business

Users intuitively select the right funnel, and leads go directly to the appropriate teams

Booking process

A comprehensive visualization of the user journey, illustrating key interactions from registration to content navigation and test completion.

Project summary

The Ekspedycja Express project combined UX research, a scalable design system, and a WordPress implementation to deliver a responsive platform the client’s team can easily expand on their own. We focused on two personas (individual customers and HR teams) and streamlined the booking journey so users move from inspiration to ticket in just a few intuitive steps.

Clear separation of the “Individual” and “Business” paths together with a frictionless, mobile-first booking flow has driven a noticeable uptick in reservations and B2B leads, proving that well-crafted UX directly powers business results.
